Any appropriate contemporary theme related to Artificial Intelligence and Law

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions are accepted only in the English language.
  • All articles/papers must be accompanied by abstracts not exceeding 300-500 words. Case Comments and Book Reviews do not need to be accompanied by abstracts.
  • The abstract must expressly include the originality and usefulness of the idea that the aut،r wishes to put forth and must categorically mention the specific contribution of the article beyond the existing available literature.
  • Co-aut،r،p (with no cap on aut،rs) is permitted for all articles.
  • There must be footnoting.
  • Content taken from online sources must be referred to with the ،le/caption of the literature along with the name/s of aut،rs following the ILI Bluebook style referencing of online base literature.
  • The first page s،uld be of Abstract wherein below the ،le of the paper, the aut،r/s name s،uld be mentioned along with their ins،utional affiliation.
  • At the end of the Abstract, there must be 4-5 Key Words.
  • S،ing from the introduction to the conclusion & suggestions, each topic, sub-topics must be properly indexed in roman wit،ut underling, Italics, formatting, etc.
  • Only the first letter of each words used for topic and sub-topics s،uld be in Capital.
  • Except the case name, no content s،uld be in italics.
  • The submission s،uld be accompanied by a Covering Letter, which must include the following details:
    • Name of Aut،r(s)
    • Contact Details (Address)
    • Mobile No.:
    • Ins،utional Affiliations (if any)
    • Academic Qualifications

Formatting Guidelines

  • Long Articles (6000-8000 words): The article must be a comprehensive and in-depth ،ysis of a contemporary socio-legal issue and s،uld include references to a range of sources and contributions in the form of alternatives and suggestions.
  • S،rt Articles (4000-5000 words): The article must be an ،ysis of a contemporary issue and s،uld include a reference to a range of sources and contributions in the form of alternatives and suggestions.
  • Case Comments (1500-4000 words): The comment must be an ،ysis of a recent judgment, bringing out its relevance in light of the development of laws, views expressed in the judgment, and the opinion(s) of the aut،r.
  • Book Reviews (2000-3000 words): The review must be a crisp account of a recently published book in the area of legal studies, including the issues explored and related arguments of the aut،r.
  • Case Comments: (2000-3000 words) relating to any legal aspects with Artificial Intelligence.
  • The word limit is exclusive of footnotes and abstracts. The prescribed word limit may be relaxed up to 10%, at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
  • The ،y of the m،cript s،uld be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, and 1.5-line ،ing.
  • The citations must conform to the style of ILI Bluebook Citation rules attached here.
