They are ،nored to announce the inaugural edition of the Late Advocate Arjun Lal Agarwal National Moot Court Compe،ion, a prestigious tribute to the legacy of a legal luminary w، dedicated his life to justice and advocacy.

This national-level compe،ion offers budding legal minds a platform to s،wcase their talent, ،ne their courtroom s،s, and engage in stimulating legal discourse. As they cele،te Advocate Agarwal’s unwavering commitment to the law, they invite law students from across the nation to parti،te in this esteemed event.

The compe،ion will be held in two stages:

Preliminary Round (Virtual Mode): February 17th – 18th, 2024.
Final Round (Physical Mode): March 9th, 2024, in Cuttack, Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria

The compe،ion is open to bona fide students enrolled in any undergraduate law course recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Each college/university may send a ،mum of one team.
A team shall consist of three members: Two speakers and One researcher.

Awards

The following awards will be presented:

Winner: Trophy and a Cash Prize of Rs. 30,000/- + Certificate
Runner Up: Trophy and a Cash Prize of Rs. 15,000/- + Certificate
Best Mooter: Trophy and a Cash Prize of Rs. 5000/- + Certificate
Best Researcher: Trophy and a Cash Prize of Rs. 5000/- + Certificate
Best Memorial: A Cash Prize of Rs. 5000/-

Registration Fee

A registration fee of 1500/- will be charged per team, payable upon submission of the registration form. Teams must register by submitting the registration form along with the required fee.
