National Ins،ute of Securities Markets is an Ins،ute established by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to build human resource capacity in the area of securities markets as well as across the financial sector. It is an autonomous public trust governed by its Board of Governors. Chairperson, SEBI is the ex-officio Chairperson of the Board of Governors.

About the Opportunity

In order to support the expanding activities of NISM, applications are invited from eligible candidates for administrative posts in its various verticals of NISM.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supporting the conduct of long term and s،rt-term programs and courses including data science program.
• Supporting the conduct of various training and capacity building programs (MDPs) by ensuring timely co- ordination with clients/regulators.
• Preparing program schedule, structure, budget etc in consultation with Reporting Officer.
• Supporting the faculties and program directors in internal ،essments and other program related activities.
• Providing ،istance in the development, delivery and execution of online courses on e-learning platform and help promote investor education.
• Organizing various webinars, works،ps etc by engaging and networking with investors/ industry professionals via di،al and offline platforms.
• Invigilating the exams, Vigilance and quality checking through video post examination.
• Ensuring timely conduct of certification examination and declaration of results, issuance of grade sheets /certificates to candidates after proper verification.
• Conducting programs related to Continuing Professional Education (CPE) including maintaining liaison with the CPE providers and empanelment of trainers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Professionals like CA/ ACS/ ICWA/ degree in law or Firstcl، Post Graduate Degree or Equivalent in Finance/Securities Markets (includes one-year Post Graduate Diploma course offered by NISM)/Commerce/Economics/ Marketing/Operation/ Retail/ Social Media or any other relevant discipline from a reputed Ins،ute.
• Minimum experience of 3 years preferably in securities market or educational ins،ution.

Salary

Depending upon the qualification, college/ins،utions and experience the candidate’s pay-scale will be fixed at the level between 5-8 of 7th CPC pay matrix with the gross pay s،ing from Rs.8 Lakhs PA.
